Automatic Translations
LetsForm supports multi-language and i18n, translations can be easily handled with LetsForm Designer.
Enable i18n in the form
Go to "Form settings" and select the locales the form should support, this will enable the i18n selector for the form properties that support internationalization
Provide translations
When a form is assigned to one or more locales, textual properties for all fields gain a drop down menu with all locales.
A small counter in the top right corners shows the how many locales have been provided for the field.
Use the drop down to switch between locales and quickly provide a translation, a check symbol will appear next to locales for which a translation has been provided.
If the dropdown shows a no-tx
(placeholder 1) means the actual text is not specific for any locale.
Autocomplete translations
When each textual properties in the form has at least one translation in any locale, run the auto-completer to translated automatically all texts with a missing translation
Click on the button to start the automatic translation (for larger form, it can take a while)
If no texts appear in the automatic translator, check the text properties with the locale dropdown set to no-tx
, those
are not assigned to any locale and will not be translated
