Form templates
Some predefined templates are available in LetsForm Designer, click on "Form templates"
click on "Use template" to merge it with your current form (it will not be deleted or overwritten)
In case of field names clash, the templates cannot be merged with the current one, rename some of your fields in the current form and try to use apply the template (or try to use the template starting from an empty form)
Some single-field templates are available under the "Advanced" tab in the fields list
